  4. Double this recipe if you intend to use it for both the steaks and the vegetables.

  6. MAKE 1 1/3 CUPS
  7. 2/3 Cup Olive oil
  8. 1/3 Cup Fresh Lemon Juice
  9. 1/3 Cup Dry Vermouth
  10. 2 Tbl. Dried Rosemary, crumbled
  11. 1/2 tsp. Sugar
  12. 1/2 tsp. Salt
  13. 1/2 tsp. Pepper

  15. Whisk all ingredients in medium bowl to blend. (Can be prepared 2 days ahead.  Cover and refrigerate.  Bring to room temperature before using.)
